Recipe:
Natural Casing Beef Hotdogs
(or your favorite quality brand)
Onions
Mustard
Relish and/or Pickles
Hotdog Rolls

It's all about selecting top quality hotdogs, and nothing beats fresh made natural casing. Grill the hotdogs using high Indirect heat with a closed grill cover as shown. Remove when the dogs are browned the way you like them, or after they just split open. Serve with a fresh roll and your favorite condiments.
