Barbecue Chicken Low and Slow Recipe for the Grill or Smoker
Real bbq chicken don't get any better than this. Make them tender,
moist and real tasty every time with these simple 'tips and tricks" for your grill or
smoker -BBQ Pit Boys
Recipe: 2 5-6lb. Roasting Chickens Olive Oil or Butter Soy Sauce Black Pepper
Coat the chickens with equal parts oil or butter, and Soy Sauce. BBQ
on your smoker, (or with indirect heat on your covered grill) at 250f for about 4-5 hours. Remove
the roasters when the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 180f.
