Nice video guys! At our last training camp we bar-b-qued 40 loaves of your recipe of bar-b-qued bologna all on our super bar-b-que smoker. Sad thing about it is I was so busy with other means I never got to get some.lol. Anyways, I wanted to ask you guys that do you have a dried meat (beef jerky) recipe? If so could you post it PLEASE!  Thank you.
