How to Form a Local Chapter of the BBQ Pit Boys 

We've had many requests by friends and fans to start a local BBQ Pit Boys Chapter in their area. We'd be proud to have you wear the colors, so get to it and sign up now.

The following guidelines are required to form and maintain a local chapter of the BBQ Pit Boys. 

To Form a New Local Chapter 

Sign Up Members:

Submit the names and email addresses of all of your prospective members. Your Local Chapter must have a minimum of two active members. It only takes two to pop the brews and turn the steaks at the same time!

Select a Local Chapter name: 

Your Chapter's formal name should be geographic or regional. Most groups select the names of cities or counties in which their Chapter is based. (ex. BBQ Pit Boys Memphis Chapter)  

Designate a Local Chapter Leader(s): 

Designate a member to be your Chapter's Pit Boss (Chapter President) to correspond with the BBQ Pit Boys Founding Chapter. You can add additional officers if needed.

Agree to the following rules: 

Offer to help other BBQ Pit Boys brothers, members, and prospective members, with recipes, techniques, and ideas to promote excellence in grilling and barbecue, BBQ Pit Boys style. 

Actively promote the BBQ Pit Boys Chapters and members in Online social and local media, whenever possible. 

When representing your Chapter at public events, cook-offs or in front of media, wear your BBQ Pit Boys colors, (t-shirts, bandanas, aprons, ETC*), and display your Chapter’s Certificate.

Send us your Pit picture:

You must provide us a picture(s) of your Chapter’s members grilling or barbecuing, wearing the BBQ Pit Boys colors* (optional)

The name, BBQ Pit Boys®, is a registered trademark and protected by international trademark laws so any other use of the name, other than what is designated above, must be approved by the Founding Chapter. Any Media statements, Press Releases, Web comments, ETC  issued by your Chapter must include your full Chapter name, and reference the BBQ Pit Boys Founding Chapter.
