Greetings from England. I really love your video's man, how could I not subscribe. In this country we would call them Prawns. They look like Tiger Prawns I think. Is there a difference in species or just the name? Here we only call the really small ones shrimp. They look so tasty.

i'm alergic to shellfish and seafood bt i would risk death to eat that...good cooking

Wow, those shrimps look awesome and sooo good. I'd like to rent you for one of our barbecue weekends. How fast can you get to New York City? :o)

This guy kicks ass! Another great job!

damn! thats just brilliant!

I'll let you know how it comes out but i did try the country style pork rib recipe & it was fantastic!!!!!! Had nothing like it before juicy, tender, delicious meat with bite! Much credit to you!

Hmmm..Not bad..I think I might do this for Easter dinner...Something a little different from the traditional lamb we do

you kidding?!!! i just had dinner Twice today! and this still makes me hungry ;D. i gotta run this idea by the Resident masters, cuz they have one of those giant Webers.

you are an absolute legend. i have just watched all your vids! unfortunately my folks traded in our pit bbq (they are called webbers in australia) and got a 6 burner all metal thing =P what is your opinion on these types of BBQ's? ...

by the way....are you looking to adopt a child....i am only 28...looking for a good home....seems like you have all i need..lol

Amazing. I never knew the right way to grill a steak, but you have helped me 10 fold. It don't look as good as yours yet, but it looks better than it was. Thanks!

Excellent cooking and superb presentation. I had a laugh with your comment about the neighbors jumping the fence LOL! I learnt something new from you that charcoal does not have to be spread out all over the grill and the idea to put water and wood chips is ace...you're the man...well done and thanks for the great show!
