Chicken Dry Rub Recipe

This simple to make Chicken Rub recipe is the perfect addition for all things poultry. Try this flavorful barbecue rub for chicken the next time you fire up the grill or smoker.

Recipe:
4 T Coarse Salt
2 T Coarse Pepper
4 t Garlic Powder
2 t Paprika
4 t Ground Bay Leaf

Combine all ingredients as shown. Rub on the chicken and let stand for an hour for maximum flavor.
