I just wanted to send an email to tell you how much I love watching your videos. You boys have taught me alot about BBQ and low and slow. I've included some pics also. The first are the ribs I just did on Sunday.I used the recipe from your "Ribs apple juice marinade" video. The second is a pork loin and there I used your cajun rub. They both turned out Goooooood!!!!!  Third pic is a creation of mine. I cut up a chuck roast into tip size pieces and marinaded for a couple of hours. I then sauteed onions,peppers and mushrooms on the grill. When they were ready I added the tips and marinade and grilled them till done. The marinade made a nice sauce. I added the tips because I haven't seen you do a tip recipe and thought it would be something for you to try in an upcoming video. Thanks for your time and the great videos and tips on bbqing.
