Hello. I have been enjoying your videos since I got my new Weber Performer charcoal grill.  I bought a Pork butt and cooked it Low and Slow using your video tips and techniques.  I have attached some pictures of it after it came off the grill and after I pulled it.  Would be proud to be a member of the Hall of Flame!  Keep up the great work, and I will continue to grill.
