When you're looking for a quick and easy but different pork recipe for the barbecue grill, nothing beats this delicious Apricot Glazed County Ham . We use a Ham Butt (shoulder), already smoke cured, and available most anywhere in the States. The additional smoke from your grill or smoker makes this Ham fit for a King's table. -BBQ Pit Boys

7-9lbs Ham Butt (shoulder)
1/2 cup Apricot Glaze or Preserve
1/8 cup Soy Sauce

Combine the Apricot Glaze and Soy Sauce and apply all over the ham. Place the ham onto a grate in a shallow roasting pan. Place the ham in your grill opposite the hot coals (indirect heat ) Cook in your covered grill at 300-350f for about 2.5 hours or until the internal temperature of the ham reaches about 135f.
