Ingredients: Skinless,
Boneless Chicken Breast
Vodka Sauce
1 Sweet Onion
1-2 Cloves Garlic
Olive Oil
Soy Sauce
Butter
In a black iron pan, sear both sides of the chicken
breasts for a minute or two with oil and butter, garlic and onions. Remove the chicken from the pan
and use "indirect heat" (place them opposite the hot coals). Mop with our Vodka Sauce, and then
cover the grill for about 15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 180f internally. Cooking time
will vary depending on the thickness of the boneless chicken breasts, searing time, and temperature
of the grill. Plate it up and cover with our Vodka Sauce, or your favorite barbeque
sauce.
