Grilled Tuna With Red Pepper Sauce and Shrimp on
Skewers
Be sure to try this BBQ Tuna Steak, smothered in Smoked Red
Pepper sauce at your next barbecue. And better yet, top it off

Prepare the Red Pepper sauce in a black iron pan as shown.
Skewer up the shell-on shrimp. Place sauce pan,
Shrimp, and Tuna Steaks in 350f covered grill to heat,
using indirect heat. Grill until the Tuna reaches
your desired "doneness". Remove and then serve the Tuna
with Red Pepper Sauce and your favorite side dishes.
