Dear BBQ Pit Boys

Hi! Nice to meet you!
I'm Hitoshi Kai. I'm writing this from Okinawa Japan. Is this the first
"Shout-Out" from Japan?
I planned to do a BBQ party at my friend's home.
So I have been looking for the recipe of BBQ. Finally, I reach to your BBQ
Pit Boys web site.
There are lots of wonderful BBQ recipes. So I decided to try one of your BBQ
recipe "Low and Slow Spare Ribs"
I mixed the rubbing spice and BBQ sauce with my friends.
Comes down to roasting the ribs, It took a little long time (about 3 or 4
hours). But it bring us the great success! My all friends were crazed with the
delicious BBQ!
Everyone enjoyed the "Low and Slow Spare Ribs".
