From the Dutch Mountains I send you these pictures of my own BBQ-ing based on what I learned from you guys! I'm experimenting to make my own personal Mopping, Dipping & Basting sauce and I'm still learning. The Only thing missing is my Official BBQ Pit Boy certificate to proof to others I BBQ to savour the flavour, not merely to fill stomachs (Don't like Haggis...)

I've had my neighbour climbing the fence on my first "Chicken Dance" and I had to invite him over or he'd have stalked me. From then on, I have two chickens dancing ...
