I grew up in Kentucky on real hickory pit BBQ. Now live in
Iowa. Iowa has great corn fed Pork but little concept of a BBQ Pit. Check out
this front leg I Q'ed for the 4th of July. These pics were taken about 6
hours into about a 16 hour smoke. The babes are my youngest son friends.
