Roast Beef Recipe

Beef Bottom Round Roast for the grill is not only less expensive than a Rib Roast, but it's real easy to grill. And make it real tender, moist and delicious using our simple barbecuing techniques. -BBQ Pit Boys.

Recipe:
4-5lb. Beef Round Roast
Large Onion
Garlic Cloves
Olive Oil
Beef Rub
Beer, Apple, Grape Juice, or Water

Prepare the roast as shown. Cover with olive oil. Sprinkle on your favorite Beef Rub. Place the roast in a shallow and grated roasting pan and then place opposite the hot coals (indirect heating) in your 325f-350f grill. Add some beer, or apple juice, grape juice, or water to cover the bottom of the pan, but not touching the meat. Add sliced onions. Insert slices of garlic into the meat. Cover the grill and cook until the internal temperature of the roast reaches your desired "doneness" -Rare, Medium Rare, or Well. Add liquid to the pan occasionally, in order to maintain moisture in the grill. Remove the roast, and then let it rest for about 20-30 minutes before slicing. Serve with grill roasted potatoes, and pan "beef-drippings" gravy..
