Hey how y'awl doin?!!

Just wanted to send y'awl a few pics of what I've done lately.

The first one is a spanish paella, done in a 2 ft pan on an open round grill. Next is me .. now if I don't qualify as a pit boy with that then there's my setup this season. We got that 10 x 20 ft tent so we could feed more of the hungry. Sometimes I have to chase em away though..hehehe.. Back to the food. I did a beef roast (low and slow for 11 hrs) and 2 boneless pork shoulders (low and slow for 5hrs, smoked with mesquite). Those others are some of the ribs I did last year with a whole chicken filled with couscous (flavored with cranberries, onions, celery, orange zest, grand marnier and last but not least ..a big dash of Southern Comfort) MMMMMMMM-MMMMMMMMMMMHHHHHH can you smell that - smells good!!!

Well, anyway, I regularly watch your vids on youtube and have really enjoyed them! keep em comin'!!!
