Recipe: Salmon Filets -skin on
Maple Syrup
Soy Sauce
Olive Oil
Butter
Garlic
Onion
Prepare the Sugar Maple Garlic Sauce in a black iron pan, and then sear the Salmon
filets skin down, as shown. Remove fish to indirect heat and cook with covered grill until your
desired "doneness". Serve salmon covered with the Sugar Maple Garlic Sauce and your favorite
side-dish!
