Recipe:
Large Sausages
Bell Peppers
Onions
Olive Oil
Sandwich Rolls
Beer or Water
In a black iron pan and over hot coals, sear the sausages in oil. Add beer or
water to the bottom of pan to create steam. Cook until the sausages are hot and nearly cooked
through. Add cut up peppers and onions to the sausage pan. Cover the grill and cook the
vegetables with sausages until "al dente", or slightly soft. Remove, and then
serve on a fresh grinder/sub bread roll, and your favorite condiments.
