Here are some pics of some of that low and slow that I love so much. These are some beef back ribs I did using pit boys beef rub,pit boys beer mop sauce, and pit boys BBQ sauce. They turned out fantastic. Thanks for all the great tips. It has helped my BBQ experience ten fold. Man............Smells Gooood! Tom

Just wanted to send a shout to the Pit Boys. I spent about 3 to 4 hours cooking up some St Louis style ribs w BBQ beans and corn on the cob. Man........Smells Gooooood.
