These German sausages have been served up for over 500 years, and for good reason -grilled
sausages don't get any better than this. Get your barbecue shoes on because you'll be wanting

Recipe:
Bratwurst
Large Onions
Olive Oil
Sandwich Rolls
Beer
Quickly sear the brats in oil and in a black
iron. Cover with sliced onions, and then add your favorite beer to the pan to create some
steam. Add some hardwood chunks to the hot coals, cover grill and then slow cook for at
least 30 minutes so that the onions take on that sweet smoked flavor. Just before serving, grill
the bratwurst and then serve on a fresh grinder/sub bread roll smothered with the smoked
onions and your favorite condiments.
