These Standing Style Pork
Ribs are perfect for a standard size grill. Try this
simple recipe and technique and soon you'll be serving up some

Use Indirect heating, charcoal on
one side.
Preheat your grill to 225-250f. Wash and dry ribs.

Louis Style as shown Apply seasoning to both sides of the
slabs.. Place in a grated pan on the
grill, opposite the coals.
Add Broth or choice of liquid to pan BBQ at 225-250f with closed grill
lid for 3-4 hours. Baste the ribs several times
during the Q.
Mop with BBQ Sauce during the last hour. To keep from over cooking, remove
the racks when they pull apart easily, with meat still attached
to the bone. Serve with your favorite barbecue
sauce.
