If you don't follow a few simple rules for barbecuing

often end up overcooked, dry, and tasteless. So try this easy to grill chicken
recipe to serve up some lighly smoked, meat and cheese stuffed Chicken
Breasts. It will for sure become one of your favorite grilling recipes for chicken.

Recipe: Boneless Chicken Breasts Prosciutto (dry cured ham) Imported ham (cured ham) Hard Salami Provolen Cheese Onion Garlic Scallion/Green Onion Butter Salt & Pepper (or Rub) Soy Sauce Olive Oil
Use your own variation of the above cured meats
for stuffing.
Butterfly (slice open) the chicken breasts in order
to make pockets for the stuffing. Cut and prepare the ingredients as shown in the video. Stuff
the pockets full. Close the pockets, and then coat with oil. Sear the chicken for a minute or
two on each side. Remove them from the black iron pan and place the breasts in a shallow pan,
opposite the coals (Indirect Heating) at 325f-350f to finish grilling. Cooking time will vary
depending on how big your chicken breasts are, and how hot your grill is. Chicken should be cooked
to about 180f. Add some soy sauce and butter to the pan drippings, then heat and pour all over the
plated chicken.
