BBQ Pitboys
Here are some pics of our July 4th bbq. We used a weber
kettle grill, and a Char King bullet smoker to create a feast for the senses.
The menu uncluded BBQ spare ribs and chicken. I also grilled pork, beef, chicken,
shrimp,and veggie Kabobs. We also did corn on the cob cooked in the smoker as
well. Everything turned out great. I want to thank you guys for the tips,
and the recipes which I tweaked so I could take full credit. Keep up the good
work. Please consider me for a pitmaster certificate.
