Bacon Explosion

Hey BBQ Pit boys!!  This is Tim Keep from Syracuse, New York sending you boys a shout out. Here are some pics of my BBQ this past weekend. It was beautiful out Sunday and my grill “Blue” and I were itching to do some Bar-b-queuing. 

I slow cooked the Bacon Bomb Explosion, some St. Louis style ribs and Bar-b-que beans……BBQ pit boys style of course! On the ribs and bacon bomb, I used your Kansas City Dry Rub Recipe and slow cooked them for about 4 hours.  When they were just about done, I slathered them with BBQ pit boys vodka sauce.  For the beans I used your Pork Steaks and Beans Recipe except I used a ham hock instead of pork steaks.  Let me tell you….everything tasted great!!!
